Restaurant

Our group's restaurant is Italian restaurant and the name is Mozzarella. At first, I'll introduce you about history of the restaurant. In 1960, Cheeza Macaroni opened the restaurant. He loves pasta and pizza, so he ate these dishes every day. Then there are many Mozzarella cheese in the restaurant's menu. So he gradually gained weight and he had become fat. That's why people say "He looks like Mozzarella Cheese!” After that, he called the name more over. There was no name the restaurant, so Cheeza Macaroni decided to name Mozzarella to his restaurant.

There are three main menus. Pasta is Vongole and Pizza is Salmon and Mozzarella. Also, Soup is Shrimp Soup. I'll introduce you about recipe for Vongole.

Ingredients
• short-neck clam―250 g
• pasta―100 g
• garlic―2 cloves
• olive oil―2 tablespoonful
• basil―0.1 g
• butter―1 spoonful
• white wine―100 ml

Steps
1. Chop garlic into fine pieces.
2. Fly olive oil and garlic and add butter.
3. Add short-neck clam and wine and cover the pat. Waiting for opening short-neck clam.
4. Add pasta and basil. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
