Recipe for Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

  • pork―250 g
  • onion―140 g
  • carrot―50 g
  • pimiento―40 g
  • dryiong shiitake mushroom― 3 pieces

Steps

  1. Drain the pork and season meat with salt and pepper before cooking.
  2. Sprinkle potato starch all over pork.
  3. Fry pork by 170 degrees.
  4. Pour three tablespoonful of oil into heated pot.
  5. Fry onion, drying shiitake mushroom, pimiento and carrot in order.
  6. Add fried meat and "Cook Do" and stir-fly over medium heat.
